We have our Starlink connected through a PepWave / Net gear router. When you try to turn on Starlink it says disconnected. Anyone else with this error? The Netgear has 2 amber color lights and one white light on. Not sure yet they mean. It doesn’t help that I am not tech savy. We message into starlink but have not heard back yet. Any help is appreciated.
